KEPLER GUITARS - Electric guitar/bass limited lifetime warranty

KEPLER Guitars gives a limited lifetime warranty to all instruments made. To be free from defects in components and workmanship. Hardware, Pickups and all other components are warranted for one year from original purchase.

This warranty applies only to the original retail purchaser and guitars purchased directly from KEPLER Guitars. This is subject to the limitations set forth herein.

Important: Please retain your original sales receipt. It is your proof of purchase validating this limited warranty (do not rely on us to remember).

To receive warranty service, return the complete instrument to KEPLER Guitars directly with your sales receipt as proof of purchase, during the applicable warranty period. Defective components that qualify for coverage under this warranty will be repaired or replaced (at KEPLER’s discretion) without charge. All transportation, insurance and freight charges associated with warranty service and repairs on KEPLER Guitars instruments are the responsibility of the purchaser, as is any service initiated for the purpose of customizing setups or adjustments beyond stock specifications. Initial standard setup and adjustment of the instrument and its components at the time of purchase are considered normal.

Limitations and Exclusions

The following items are not covered by this warranty.

1. Damage to finish of any kind.

2. Any instrument, with a missing or altered serial number.

3. Normal wear and tear on any part of the instrument or case including pickups, bridge, tuning machines, input jacks, potentiometers , toggles and switches, pickguards, any plated surface, handles, latches, case hardware etc.

4. Setups or any routine maintenance beyond the initial factory setup.

5. Fret, saddle or nut wear, strings and batteries.

6. Chemicals or non-approved polishes.

7. Cracked, split or warped wood due to changes in humidity, exposure to elements, fire, smoke, moisture, sweat ect.

8. buckle or strap rash, guitar stands or hangers made from rubber or vinyl or any other synthetic materials.

9. Damage, corrosion or rusting of any hardware components caused by high humidity, exposure to moisture or acidic sweat.

10. Any damage caused by customization or modification.

11. All damage and degradation due to normal use, wear and tear, aging, neglect or abuse.

12. Instruments purchased 2nd hand or not originally purchased from KEPLER Guitars.

13. Instruments that have been serviced by unauthorized persons.

The above establishes the only warranty made and acknowledged by KEPLER Guitars.

KEPLER Guitars assumes no liability for property damage resulting from failure of this product nor any loss of income or damages arising from the loss of use due to defects.

KEPLER GUITARS - Shipping terms & conditions

1. Shipping is NOT included in the cost of the guitar.

2. All shipping fees will be calculated on an individual basis and quoted to you two weeks before the delivery of your guitar.

3. Your shipping fee must be paid before your guitar will be delivered.

4. Shipping fees will be an additional payment and is not included in the payment plan.

5. Kepler does not have control over shipping costs.

KEPLER GUITARS - Lead times terms & conditions

1. Kepler guitars will provide you with an estimated delivery window time. This is an estimate and may vary.

2. Guitar lead times vary and will be discussed on an individual basis.

KEPLER GUITARS - Payments terms & conditions

1. The initial deposit of 25% is non refundable.

2. Initial deposit must be made before the build can begin.

3. All payments are non-refundable, if for any reason you need to forfeit the build we can credit you towards your next build with us (this does not include the initial 25% deposit).

4. Payments must be made by the allocated payment dates given to you in your payment plan email.

5. If your payment is late we will send you an email informing you that you are required to make your next payment.

6. If your payment is more than 14 days late, you will be charged a 10% late fee and your build will be automatically halted until payment has been made. We will send you emails informing you of this.

7. If your payment is more than 28 days late and you have not gotten in contact with the  KEPLER you will automatically forfeit your build and no refunds or credits will be given back to you.
